Outbound Strategies LLC, trading as MinerOps.io. MinerOps is an operational services provider. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.
What is collected directly
Your name and email address when submitted through a contact or booking form, the content of messages and correspondence you send, and payment information processed through Stripe. Full card and banking details are never stored on this server.
What is collected automatically
IP address and general geographic region, browser type and version, pages visited and time on site, and the referring URL.
Cookies
Essential cookies needed for the site to function, analytics cookies via Google Analytics, and preference cookies that remember your settings. Analytics data is aggregated. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and disabling them may affect some features.
How it is used
To answer enquiries and provide support, process service agreements and payments, send operational updates and service communications, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded to third parties for marketing.
Third parties
Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for site analytics, and Calendly and Google Calendar for scheduling. Each operates under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics can be opted out of with Google’s browser add-on.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to the personal data held about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email Jordan@MinerOps.io.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This service is not directed to anyone under 18 and personal information is not knowingly collected from minors. If you believe it has been, contact the address above.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
