How the fee actually moves.
Split at the pool
Production is divided 97 to 3 between two independent addresses. Yours and mine.
Never invoiced
There is no bill from me and no payment from you. Nothing to chase, nothing held.
No production, no fee
If the machines are off or producing nothing, my share of nothing is nothing.
End it any time
My fee has no lock-in. Your hosting contract is separate and does have a term.
What is not included.
Hosting
Paid by you directly to the facility. It is a bundled hosting service fee, quoted in dollars per kilowatt-hour as a billing convenience. It is not a resale of electricity and it is not something I mark up or take a share of. Facility agreements typically run about three years per unit with a termination fee.
The hardware
A direct purchase by your business from the vendor. I negotiate it and take nothing on it.
Repairs and replacement parts
Coordinated by me, billed by the facility or the vendor at their cost. The optional hashpower coverage add-on is what turns significant downtime into a covered event.
Tax and legal advice
Not something I provide, and not something you should take from a website. Your CPA and your counsel decide how any of this applies to you.
